However, there is also a chance that the third movie might delve into Arthur’s past life. We may find out exactly how Arthur became so good at his job. And where did he acquire his training and learn to master every kind of weapon there is.
On the other hand, there’s the gunrunner who is on Arthur’s door, and the hitman helps him. Despite the two apparently hit it off, we can rule out the possibility of him tuning out to be Arthur’s enemy in The Mechanic 3. There are several threads in Arthur’s life that can continue to the storyline of the third film, as most of his life is a mystery.
