He was fired by Frank soon after when Charlie heard that Smoky was selling the rink. So, Charlie decided to join Mac in his drug business, which turned out to be non-futuristic.

She was kidnapped and taken along with the horse. 

The Most Wanted team was called as they investigated the matter. They discovered the body and found Solomon’s history. The horse was worth several million dollars, and her owner Grace Roland wanted the horseback by paying the ransom. The kidnappers instructed her not to involve the feds. However, the team continued to follow her. Unfortunately, they were stopped by Grace’s lawyer. 

Meanwhile, Tessa was tied up, and Solomon tried to take advantage of it. However, she resisted, and Solomon almost shot her in the head before leaving. Luckily, Tessa managed to manipulate Willy by convincing him. She told Willy that Solomon would kill him as soon as they got the money. She also asked Willy to replace her for Solomon. The two bounded Solomon and called Grace to change the delivery spot.

The FBI managed to convince Grace in the name of Tessa. When they went to deliver the money, the agents saw Tessa without any bounds with Willy. She took one of the bags in her boar, pushed Willy off it, and ran away. The investigation led the feds to a woman named Hannah Thompson, whose husband was killed during the 9/11 attacks. She informed the FBI that her boyfriend used her car to run errands. And her boyfriend turned out to be a dangerous terrorist named Felix Ramos.

The team also tracked down an associate of Felix named Ernesto. They realize that the terrorists were trying to crush American Capitalism. Thus, the FBI sent Hannah to meet Ernesto as an informant. But when the feds tried to arrest him, Ernesto opened fire and ended up being dead. While searching his phone, they discover another accomplice named Carlos Velez, who wanted to bomb the US financial system. He wanted to crush America’s economy to ensure the equal distribution of wealth.

Moreover, the terrorists were also looking to bomb Hannah’s office on Wall Street. It turned out that Felix was the mastermind who set up a bomb in the building’s basement. Scola grabbed Felix’s brother and brought him into the building with no choice left. Felix felt threatened and agreed to give the passcode to defuse the bomb. In addition, Scola and Wallace confronted their personal problems after the incident in FBI Season 4 Episode 8.
