As soon as the network dropped the official announcement of renewing Strong Woman Gang Nam Soon for the second season on March 29, 2022, fans rooted for their favorite couple to return. Soon Soompi revealed that Park Hyung-sik and Park Bo-young would make their cameo. Park’s character will be connected with the new female lead of the sequel.
