Amazon prime’s teen drama series is set to bring a whole new angle to the plotline with The Wilds Season 2. The first installment premiered on the network in December 2020. Further, the series earned positive criticism for its writing, storyline, and epic performances by the “Dawn of Eve ” program girls. Luckily, the series was renewed for the second season in late 2020, soon after the first season’s release. 

The Wilds has earned an impressive rating of 7.4/10 on IMDB and 92% on rotten tomatoes. It follows a group of teenage girls who get stranded on a deserted island. The girls are headed for the “Dawn of Eve” program in Hawaii. But their flight gets crashed into the ocean, leaving them on the island.

Unfortunately, the girls are aware that they are a subject of a social experiment being conducted on the island. Their every moment is surveilled by an unknown entity named Gretchen Klien. Renewal And Production Status!

Amazon Prime Video confirmed the series for a second season weeks after the first one’s premiere in December 2020. The second season was announced through a video on Instagram, with the girls breaking out the news to the fans. However, the production of The Wilds Season 2 faced a few setbacks due to pandemic delays.

Moreover, the filming location was also shifted from New Zealand to Queensland due to the pandemic guidelines. But fortunately, the filming for The Wilds Season 2 wrapped up in August 2021. Towards the end, Leah discovered that the “Dawn Of Eden” were not the only ones stranded on the island. She figured that they were being watched. So, she secretly escaped from her room and found a secret surveillance area with screens showing a group of teen boys. She also came across a file on the desk which read “the Twilight Of Adam.” Thus, the next season will bring a whole new angle to the plotline. After discovering the boys, it seems possible that Leah and the girls will try to find them.

So, Park took another urine test which revealed that she was pregnant and had lost the baby.
