Showrunner Sera Gamble recently confirmed that the post-production work on You Season 3 has finally elapsed a great milestone. Based on Caroline Kepnes’ 2014’s psychological thriller novel, You made its debut on Lifetime before hitting Netflix. It follows the life of Joe Goldberg, a bookstore manager who becomes obsessed with one of his customers.

However, his delusional obsession and toxicity increased, which led him to leave the place. Soon in the second run, he founds his next target, a local heiress. Because of the success of the first season, just after Lifetime renewed the series for the second run, Netflix swooped in to acquiring the show’s rights. And within a month after the second season dropped on Netflix, the streamer confirmed to return with the third run.

Like many other productions, You Season 3 has also suffered several setbacks and challenges due to the delays imposed by the health crisis. Fortunately, Sera took to Twitter to confirm that they have finally wrapped up their post-production VFX work. She even praised her crew’s tireless efforts and dedication in the progression of the third run. However, while honoring her team, she proposed that something like VFX reviews had to be reinvented.

She added she doesn’t mean that VFX work is easy, but it becomes a bit complicated to review how the VFX shot looked on your 13-inch laptop when everyone was working remotely. So the editors had to visit the office to view it on the proper equipment, including other works. Lately, Sera revealed that the show’s COVID-19 consent team issued over 32,000 tests during filming. However, no one contracted it despite the notable outbreak in Los Angeles.

You Season 3: Who Will Be In The Cast?

Of course, Penn Badgley will return as Joe Goldberg and Victoria Pedretti as Love. Now that the couple has relocated to Los Angeles, we can expect to see some new faces. Starting with The Vampire Diaries’ fame Michaela McManus as Natalie, who will be Joe’s next target. Besides, NCIS star Shalita Grant will appear as mom influencer Sherry and Scorpion’s Travis Van Winkle as wealthy Cary.

It also announced that the final trailer will drop on Thursday, only two weeks before the release of the eighth run. AMC’s The Walking Dead official YouTube page has recently dropped the first trailer of The Walking Dead: World Beyond Season 2. The two and a half minutes video features a pivotal scene between the franchise’s main characters. It opens up with a car crash with screeching brakes sounds. Soon the vehicle hastily skids before fading in the dark. Later, a beat drops and focuses on zombies gleefully feasting on the bodies of those who couldn’t survive the car crash.

Meanwhile, two men appear running away towards a tree line in the field. However, one of them couldn’t make it as he’s being shot in the back. While his companion, Will, successfully eludes and reaches his destination. In the next scene, Will Campbell seems to have a serious talk with his fellow citizen Iris and Felix. He tells them about the secret he discovered, which now has put his life in jeopardy. Though the scene seems quite dire, yet it shows the emotional gravity between the three characters.

As per the reports, the production shut down on Thursday when a crew member tested positive. Now, the filming will halt for ten days as per the government guidelines. Besides, those working closely with the individual will isolate themselves out of precaution. However, soon a Sky spokesperson said that the cast and crew are currently self-isolated. Whereas in the early 1980s, Smurf rejoined Pam, who encouraged Smurf to plan her future well rather than using reckless ways to survive.

However, soon Smurf butts head with a drug dealer, and later Pam removed her. Back in the present, J tried every possible way to make their business afloat. So he convinced Frankie to grant him access to the fence while Pete Trujillo came up with a better work opportunity for J. Chicago Med Season 7: Extended Cast

After the departure of Torrey DeVitto as Dr. Natalie Manning and Yaya DaCosta as Nurse April Sexton, Chicago Med has begun extending the roster to fill the gap. Recently, The Village’s Guy Lockard and Being Human’s Kristen Hager have joined the ensemble team for the next run. Lockard will play a Chicago police officer turned into a doctor, Dr. Dylan Scott. Meanwhile, Hager has been tapped the role of Dr. Stevie Hammer, an ingenious and belligerent emergency room attending physician.

Apart from the new addition, Chicago Med has promoted Steven Weber, who plays Dr. Dean Archer, to series regular. Weber joined the show in the sixth outing when Ethan offered his former Navy supervisor to join Gaffney Chicago Medical Center’s Emergency Department. However, it looks like the power-hungry Archer will continue his dangerous move to match with its agenda.

Soon after her shocking exit, DeVitto wrote on Instagram that she had an incredible journey that comes to an end. It was an honor to bring Dr. Natalie to life, and now the time has come to say a final goodbye to her. Meanwhile, DaCosta also shared that she has six excellent seasons working with dedicated people and learning insane medical jargon. She added that she will miss April Sexton and is glad to become a part of the One Chicago family.

Chicago Med Season 7: Will It Follow A Time Jump?

Well, the last season ended on a bitter note where Ethan got shot, and the other characters’ lives weren’t in a balanced state. So, it could be possible that the following season would follow a time jump as the season ended with Natalie and April still working at the hospital. Thus, it could portray that they left Chicago Med during the time jump. But the show could bring them back for proper sendoff as it did in the fifth season with Norma Kuhling and Colin Donnell.

Meanwhile, it would explore how Dean as ED will handle the department and perhaps could compare his performance as ED to Ethan. Now it might take at least a couple of weeks for him to recover. However, when Ethan returns, he’ll find what a mess Dean has created when he was out for a few days. On the other hand, Ethan and April decided to give their relationship a second chance. Chicago Med Season 7 has secured the NBC fall lineup as it is scheduled to air on Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at 8/7c only on NBC. The last season launched in November due to production delay. But once again, Chicago Med returned to its September slot. The new episodes will drop weekly every Wednesday night, followed by Chicago Fire and later Chicago P.D.
