Black Lightning Season 4 Will Be The Last Of The Show
Only a few days ago, CW has announced that the upcoming Black Lighting Season 4 will be the last of the series. In a statement, the creator of the show Salim Akil thanked everyone for their support. He says that the first time they started the Black Lighting journey, they knew Jefferson Pierce and his family of the powerful black women would be a great and unique addition to the superhero genre.
He said that the kind of love that all fans all around the globe have shown the series in the past three seasons, it has pretty well proved their imagination true. Black people want to see themselves with all their complexities. Continuing, he thanked the cast, writers, and the crew without whom he wouldn’t have been able to do that. Akil says that he is incredibly proud of all the work they have done and all the moments they have creating with bringing DC’s first African-American superhero family to life and the culture.
What’s Next?
While we understand that this season being the last one might feel a bit sad for all the fans, a spin-off series is in the works. This spin-off series is called ‘Painkiller’ and will star Jordan Calloway as he reprises his eponymous character. Salim Akil will act as the writer, executive producer, and director of the spin-off.
Jordan is coming in to play Khalil Payne, a man who is very guilty of his troubled past from his life in Freeland City. He was a super enhanced killing machine called painkiller. He was both a weapon of Agent Odell and a member of Tobias Whale’s gang. After trying to bury his past, the darker and devastating Painkiller part of his personality, Khalil distances himself from everyone. He comes to a new city- Akashic Valley to find peace. However, peace isn’t something men like Khalil who have had such troubled pasts find very easily.
As the violent, destructive past starts clashing with this fresh start, Khalil gets back into action with his new mission. He has to bring justice in the place where he once was the punisher. But, in order to do that, he will have to deal with his dark side. Painkiller first appeared in the comics back in 1995 and is based on characters by Tony Isabella and Eddie Newell. The Warner Bros Television show has already got into production. Black Lighting Season 4 is all set to release on February 8, 2021. Don’t miss it.
Recently AMC released the premiere date for the six extra episodes of The Walking Dead Season 10. Due to the ongoing pandemic, the series has been moved away from its usual release schedule in October. The creators are bringing six extra episodes that will bridge the gap between the tenth season and the upcoming 24 episode season 11.
The official synopsis for these additional six episodes reveals that viewers will get to see their survivors as they pick themselves up after the destruction of the Whisperers that were left in their wake. The struggle they have had over the years is weighing upon their traumas, bringing out their most vulnerable sides. Our heroes will question the state of humanity, their community, and also the state of their minds. Will these survivors find the strength to get on with lives, friendships, and their group? These additional six episodes will see a set of new guest stars that will join in this extended tenth season. These faces include Robert Patrick as Mays from Terminator 2: Judgement Day, Okea Eme-Akwari from Cobra Kai as a new character Elijah, and Hilarie Burton Morgan, who will come in to play Lucille (Negan’s late wife).

In the episode, we will get to see Gabriel and Aaron as they go out in search of food and supplies in order to bring back Alexandria. Episode 22- Here’s Negan

Is It Renewed?
Back in December 2019, In an interview with RadioTimes.com, an ITV spokesperson said that they loved Sanditon. They are proud to have it on ITV. They would love it if the show returns, but they did not get the kind of viewership that would have made Sanditon Season 2 possible. That is heartbreaking for everyone involved in the series.
Back in that time, Sanditon had not started airing in the US, and the creators were hopeful that when the show airs in the US, the viewership will be enough for ITV to commission more of the series. Fast-forward to almost a year after that release; there has been no official confirmation of whether or not the show has been revived. So, as of now, Sanditon Season 2 remains canceled.
Sanditon Season 2: Will It Ever Happen?
Even after the second season canceled, fans have not given up asking for more of the show. They have been running a passionate fan campaign urging the creators to bring more of the show. From making huge art-works to petitioning at Change.org with about 70,000 petitioners, the fans have done it all. In fact, these campaigns have even attracted the attention of huge streaming services such as Amazon Prime Video. Prime video tweeted regarding the show with a hint that they might bring back the show.

With all that going on, RadioTimes.com has confirmed that Sanditon Season 2 has not been confirmed by any broadcasters yet. Amazon’s tweet is just a light-hearted tweet and nothing else. However, Andrew Davies revealed that a second season is not entirely out of the question.
The executive producer of the show, Belinda Campbell, also said that while the show hasn’t been greenlit, they still look forward to all the options they have. They think it is wonderful that the fans are so passionate. They would love to give these fans some good news as soon as they can.

Rather than ending on a happy note, Sanditon concluded on a cliff-hanger. Charlotte and Sidney did not get in a relationship; instead, they tearfully said their goodbyes to each other and parted their ways. The writer of the show Andrew Davies suggests that either of the two is possible in the next batch of episodes.
In an interview, he says that he does not know if one can tell that from watching the series, but they were counting on getting a Sanditon season 2. They thought that they would be able to complete Charlotte and Sidney’s story in the first season, and then they would have a new heroine in the second season or at least try to explore something like that.

What Is Happening In Deltarune Chapter 2: Production Status?
In the latest blog, Toby Fox updated fans about the production status of the game. He says that they completed a significant milestone a few months ago. They have completed game’s design. They have completed readable outlines for all chapters of the game, including the first-pass dialogue for all the cutscenes like music and more. He revealed that there are certain details that are still hazy. Although they know the flow, and all major elements of events and battles are all clear.
Fox revealed that they started creating Deltarune Chapter 2 in May 2020 using the first chapter as the base. They have made a lot of progress since that time. They even believe that the team will be able to complete Deltarune Chapter 2 content-wise before 2020 ends. However, that does not mean that they will be able to launch it just now.
What Would Deltarune Chapter 2 Bring?
Recently we got to see the new screenshots that show a new city that Toby Fox has already shown on his Twitter. With those new screenshots, we know that users will get to experience new enemies, and all the three party members from the first chapter of the game will return.
However, there will be a slight difference with one of the party members- Ralsei, who has taken off his hat in the second chapter. His hat was consistent in the first one. In one of the screenshots, we get to see Kris, Susie, and Ralsei in their doctor-themed outfits, along with a number of medical-themed weapons. This could be one part of the whole second chapter, or maybe users might possibly unlock costumes for the party members in the second chapter.
Will This Be The Last?
No, as good news, it looks like Deltarune Chapter 2 will not be the last of this game series. In fact, Toby Fox says that they would like to use the second chapter to make future chapters. After they are done with the second chapter, it will be easier for them to make more chapters. The creators are treating Deltarune and all the chapters of it as separate entities implying that we get more than two chapters. In a status update from September 2020, Toby revealed that they are progressing with 3+ chapters. This means that we might get at least four chapters.
When Would Deltarune Season 2 Release?
We don’t have an exact release date for Deltarune Chapter 2. While we know that Fox and his team have completed the design of the game, we still don’t know how long will it take for the creator to finish it. In fact, in an earlier statement, Toby Fox said that he isn’t sure of how many years it would take him to complete Deltarune. He even advised his fans to forget about Deltarune and him instead of waiting for the release.

The Good Fight Season 5: What Would Come Next?
The fourth season of The Good Fight sees Reddick, Lockhart & Boseman as they navigate the different landscapes. They have lost the biggest client, Chumhum. Who Will Return?
While we hoped that all the lead and recurring cast members would come back for the fifth season of the show, it does not looks like that would happen. The Good fight has lost Cush Jumbo (Lucca Quinn) from their cast. The actress joined the crew in the final season of The Good Wife before she moved to the spin-off after the original show ended.
However, leaving the show does not mean she will never come back. Michael and Robert King have revealed that the actress will come back sometime for them to give Lucca’s storyline a proper finish.

The Orville Season 3 Gets Back Into Production
Like all other Hollywood projects, The Orville Season 3 also got affected because of the lockdown back in March. The shoots for the third season had started in October 2019, but then halfway through the completion, the production was paused. However, now after several months, it looks like the production has started getting back on track. Reports suggest that The Orville Season 3 will get back into production in the first week of December this year.
Reports also suggest that the team has already started preparation for the productions to restart. Most of the cast and the crew will get back on the set after Thanksgiving for their rehearsals and get back in the grind. The production will continue through December until the Christmas and the New Year break and then will restart in January.
Many other Hollywood projects have started production, so getting back into production wouldn’t be very hard for the team, given they follow all the COVID protocols. The completion of the season could take about five or six months in total. The shoots will start in Southern California in the upcoming months.
Show Shifting To Hulu
While we don’t know a lot about what could come up in The Orville Season 3, we do know that in the next batch of episodes, fans will get to see the aftermath of Isaac’s decision from the ‘Identity’ and ‘Identity Part II.’ In an interview talking about the third season David Goodman, the executive producer said that there would be repercussions of what Isaac did. They did not take any repercussions in the second season, but that question of ‘What are the after-effects of Isaac’s decision’ will be taken forward in the third season.
Goodman also added that they would continue with the standalone episodes, However, now that they have taken a deeper dive into the Unions, and aliens, and the characters, they will continue to build the story up. He said that it is very important for them to stick to the show’s format. They don’t want to confuse the viewers who haven’t seen the show before.
That is the goal for them. They don’t want the new audience to feel alienated. Continuing, he says that there are a few things from the second season that needs explanation; the third season will do that.
When Will The Show Release?
Given that the show will get into production next month and the team will need about six months to complete the production, it looks like fans might get to see the new episodes of The Orville Season 3 sometime in the second half of 2021 if everything goes well. The whole gang, including the hicks, skids, hockey players, and all will attend an American Buck and Doe, which they didn’t think were a thing.
Now talking about Wayne, he is the toughest guy in all the Letterkenny. However, it looks like Letterkenny Season 9 will bring out the softer side of this tough guy.
