The Lord of Hell is back with more demonic and wicked intentions in Lucifer Season 5. Recently, Netflix released a video glancing at Lucifer’s naughtiest acts in the upcoming season. It shows that the forthcoming season will be more devilish than ever. Along with the video, Netflix also announced Lucifer Season 5 premiere date. With the release date, fans can now count days to have their favorite devilish character on screen.

Lucifer, created by Tom Kapinos, is an urban fantasy series. The series is based on the DC character of The Sandman book series. It’s centered on Lord of the Hell, Lucifer Morningstar (Tom Ellis), who gets bored of his throne. So, he abandoned Hell and landed in Los Angeles to run his nightclub, Lux. There he met with Detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German) and later became a consultant to the LAPD. Throughout the series, both received many demonic and celestial threats. In the end, Chloe discovered that Lucifer is a Devil, but, she admired it, and expressed her love before their final goodbye.

Lucifer Season 5: Teaser Out!

Yesterday morning, Netflix released a video of Lucifer Season 5 on its official Twitter account. The video portrays the naughtiest acts that Lord of Hell performs. It focused on Lucifer’s taste for sensual pleasure, in which he’s engaged in several sexual encounters with a sequence of keen partners. That mostly includes his sexiest, hottest, and devilish moments. Further, in the trailer, Lucifer is back in his relationship with Detective Chloe, that ultimately turned into some more sexual encounters.

Lucifer Season 5: Release Date

Good news for the fans. Netflix announced that Lucifer Season 5 will premiere this August 21. But, this time, the series would be divided into two segments. Lucifer star Tom Ellis revealed that the first eight episodes will stream on the premiere day, while the other set of eight episodes will stream after an undefined break.

The Longest-Running Show

Earlier, Lucifer Season 5 was supposed to be the final season of the series. So, Netflix ordered eight more episodes to conclude the series. This additional six more hours is because of the fans’ passionate love and support for Lucifer. That brings Lucifer back to Netflix for its sixth season, after being canceled from its former network Fox. With 77 episodes through its five seasons, Lucifer becomes one of the longest-running Netflix original series.

It’s not the end. Netflix spoke to the series producer Warner Bros for expanding the series for one more chapter. The executive producers’ Joe Henderson and Ildy Modrovich, along with star Tom Ellis closed the deal for Lucifer Season 6. The sixth season is supposed to premiere later this year.

NBC revealed its scheduled plan for premiering its upcoming series this fall on June 16. Surprisingly, Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 8 has a slot in this plan. NBC revealed that season 8 would premiere this fall in the US. When Brooklyn Nine-Nine was a part of the Fox network, the series lined up to premiere in fall itself. However, when NBC picked the series, it has been a part of the midseason lineup. But, this shift in its streaming date is because of the current crisis. His father, Dough was surprised since it was difficult for him to connect with his son. Later, Dough discovered that Sam’s crush is his 26-year-old therapist, Julia. He warns Sam to approach girls of his age. However, Sam told him he needs a practice girlfriend to learn the social nuances of dating. The entire show features Sam’s struggle in high school as well as college.

Atypical Season 4: Renewed!

Netflix has ordered the fourth and final season of Atypical. The series gained 8.3 ratings in IMDb and 87% in Rotten Tomatoes. The critics also love it for the amount of autistic content and the relations portrayed by the characters. Atypical also got nominated for the Peabody award for the loyal fanbase and critical acclaim. That’s worth picking up for the next season.

Robia Rashid Excited For Next Season

Showrunner Robia Rashid spoke to Deadline about the upcoming season. She’s overwhelmed by fans’ response as Atypical’s journey is near to its end. Robia said: “I’m excited! We’ll be doing the fourth season of Atypical. And while I’m so sad to be close to the end of this series. I am extremely pleased to have been able to tell this story. Our fans have been such vibrant, beautiful supporters of this show.”

Robia told Deadline that she’s looking for other ways to tell stories of other autistic people too. She added: “Thank you for listening to Sam’s stories and voice. And those of the entire Gardner family. I hope that the chronicle of Atypical is that more unheard voices pursue to be heard. And that even after Atypical ends. We keep telling emotional, funny stories from marginalized points of view.”

Atypical Season 4: What To Expect?

In the previous season, Sam enrolls in Denton University’s Scientific Illustration program, to explore more about science. He has also been trying to find love, while figuring out what success means to him, including growing up with peer pressure. Its been long since the arrival of the last installment of American Gods. Although American Gods Season 3 was renewed on March 15, 2019. The announcement came soon after Charles Eglee and Hemlock Grove declared as the showrunner for the upcoming season. The production was scheduled to start in September 2019 till March 2020. However, Amazon and Starz haven’t announced its premiere date yet. Further, some of the cast members are unhappy with the sudden changes after Charles Chic Eglee joined as the showrunner.

American Gods Season 3: Renewed Long Back!

Last year, Amazon and Starz renewed American Gods Season 3 along with an exciting announcement. Chic Eglee, along with Hemlock Dead, has joined the show as the showrunners. Neil Gaiman, the executive producer and the genius behind this series, felt delighted with this news. Neil said: “I’m thrilled American Gods has been renewed for the third season, and even more excited that I’m getting to work on it with Chic Eglee. Chic is the best accomplice. Despite the problems American Gods Season 2 faced during filming, Neil thanked the streaming network and his previous showrunner for bringing this series. American Gods Season 3: Casts Joining

Chic Eglee teased that musician Marilyn Manson has joined the cast. Marilyn will play Johan Wengren’s character in the first four episodes of the upcoming season. Neil also confirmed that veteran actress Blythe Danner would play Demeter (the Greek goddess of the harvest) character in the first four episodes as well. Chic said: “It’s a rare privilege to be working with Ms. Blythe Danner, a dear friend, inspiration, and national treasure.” Along with these, a vast list of celebrities has joined the upcoming season, along with the old faces.

Orlando Jones, who played Mr. Nancy won’t return to season 3. Since his character didn’t appear in the segment which is being portrayed in the upcoming series. Jones was unhappy with this decision. According to him, it’s “spiteful and insanely hurtful.” Further, he posted a video on his Twitter account claiming that Chic Eglee is giving the wrong message for black America.

When To Expect Next Season?

Amazon and Starz have yet to announce when American Gods Season 3 would premiere. However, it’s likely to premiere this fall since filming wrapped up before the ongoing pandemic hits the production.

Will There Be Any Season 4?

Neil is so excited about working with Chic that he’s hoping for American Gods Season 4. He wanted the streaming platform to greenlit the series for the fourth season as soon as possible, so they could start working on it “sooner, the better.” Neil said: “What I’m hoping is it’s less about how long it’s going to take season three than take season 4 renewals once season three is underway so we can keep the writers’ room on and get the scripts written.”

Netflix and Discovery Channel (Canada) haven’t renewed Frontier Season 4 yet. However, the series main star Jason Momoa in his live-session showed his expectation for the fourth season. In which, he said he’s excited to start filming in Vancouver for Frontier Season 4. The 100 created by Jason Rothenberg is a post-apocalyptic science fiction drama series on The CW. It’s loosely adapted from Kass Morgan’s novel series of the same name. The series centered on a group of post-apocalyptic survivors, especially a group of teen criminals. They are the first people from Ark (the space habitat) to return Earth after the catastrophic nuclear apocalypse to check whether it’s habitable now. The juveniles struggle to survive the harsh condition and battle with hostile grounders. However, after nuclear reactors reactivated and made Earth inhabitable. They discover a new habitable world Alpha called Sanctum ruled by the families called the Primes. Later, they found a mysterious rebel group called Children of Gabriel (which is now a new danger).

The 100 Season 8: Is This The End?

It was recently declared that The CW had dropped The 100 Season 8 in the US (while UK fans are still waiting for the fourth episode of season seven). However, executive producer Jason Rothenberg stated that they are already thinking of ending the chapter here. They had portrayed every possible element that they wanted to show their audience. And now, they don’t want to push it any further since it might reduce the essence of the series. Jason said: “We’ve been asking for this to be the last season for a while because we feel like it’s time to get out while the getting’s good.”

Jason Announced That Season 7 Is The Final Season

Before completing the filming, Jason already knew where the stories were going to head and how to wrap it successfully. Jason told Collider that it was a fantastic experience to write such an apocalyptic drama, especially ending. Jason said: “We didn’t want to over-stay our welcome. And be a series that was creating episodes into season 10 and 12 and beyond to do it. So, we made a decision, and you often don’t get to write your ending and when you’re going to end. That was another amazingly considerate thing that the studio and network allowed.”

Will The 100 Return With Season 8?

As of now, The CW has dropped the idea. But, The 100 cast and producers are willing to continue if the network allows them. In an interview, Jason said: “If the series goes forward, and we feel pretty good about it, (then definitely we will return). But, you never know. What’s going to happen. I will be there to put it on its feet, at the very least.”

Netflix has yet to renew Money Heist Season 5 officially. Generally, the series follows the same format by neatly wrapping up their robbery and escaping from the place. But, this time, the fourth season had more bloodshed than the last three seasons. Further, the fourth season cliffhanging end left the door wide open for the potential mystery to resolve in Money Heist Season 5. Initially, the production was set to start in March. But, due to the ongoing condition, Netflix held the production, and when it would restart is not disclosed yet.

Money Heist (La casa de Papel) created by Alex Pina is a Spanish crime drama series on Netflix. It follows the two provident heists lead by the Professor (Alvaro Morte), one in the Bank of Spain and the other in the Royal Mint of Spain. The series set in Madrid, where The Professor, recruits eight people to rob famous places. The group selects cities as their code-names to execute an ambitious plan that follows entering the Royal Mint and escaping with € 2.4 billion. After taking sixty-seven people hostage inside the Royal Mint, the group plans to stay there for eleven days to print the money, as they negotiate with the police officers. After the successful heist, the team forced to hide and prepare for the second heist on the Bank of Spain.

Money Heist Season 5: Is Netflix Renewing The Show?

As of now, Money Heist Season 5 hasn’t officially renewed. Netflix can’t pull their hands out as it’s one of the most popular series on the streaming platform. Money Heist ranked second in the UK this April. So there’s a high possibility that the series would return soon. Further, showrunner Alex Pina teased that discussions are going on as when Netflix would officially renew the series. Pina said: “Someone knows that there will be a fifth season, but we don’t.”

Director Jesus Colmenar broke the silence and stated: “There is going to be the fifth season.” Further, a Spanish site Marca revealed that the fifth and sixth season had been confirmed. However, it’s just a rumor until anything announced from the Quesos Grandes at Netflix.

Berlin’s Future In Money Heist Depends On Audience Now

Recently, creator Alex Pina revealed he’s being pressured to remove Berlin from Money Heist. Since Berlin is an outdated character. She told in Netflix documentary Money Heist: The Phenomenon that someone asked him to remove Berlin. Pina said: “Someone said to me. This figure doesn’t fit with the times. You should remove him from the series”. However, Pina has no intention to do so. But Berlin’s existence in the series is now wholly dependent on the audience.

Pina added: “I said I had no intention of removing him from the series. He’s a sexist, narcissist, and psychopath in many ways. But we could have a figure like that in the series, and the audience could freely decide whose side they’re on, right? The viewers want things to happen. And there’s nothing better than a villain who we can empathize with.”

Will Alicia Join The Team?

In the finale episode, Lisbon and the team were inside the bank. But the professor was trapped by the inspector Alicia Sierra, and the team couldn’t find a way to escape. As per Orphan Magazine, actress Najwa Nimri as Alicia sings a cover song that played at the end. Further, Alicia’s last dialogue at the end when both Sergio and Alicia battles gave a slight hint that she would join the team in their next heist.

Legends Of Tomorrow Season 6 got early renewal before its fifth season finale aired on The CW. The Arrowverse’s Legends Of Tomorrow has seen Legends traveling in the multiverse, in an attempt to restore the Loom of Fate. The CW released synopsis explained that the upcoming season would explore another set of the fantasy world. That follows the struggle Legends would face while searching for Captain Sara Lance (Caity Lotz), who is kidnapped by the aliens. As well as Behrad Tarazi, as Shayan Sobhian, is now promoted to the series regular for the upcoming season.

DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow is created by Phil Klemmer, Greg Berlanti, Andrew Kreisberg, and Marc Guggenheim. It is a superhero television series on The CW. In the series, Rip Hunter goes crook after Vandal Savage killed his family. He is a member of an organization in-charged of protecting the timeline called Time Masters. Rip creates a team of Legends to confront Vandal. The Legends have dealt with many evil monsters, time anomalies, and villains from Hell while spending their time tracking Loom of Fate to bring back their dead companion. They land into new and weird problems. Now the team has to deal with them too.

Legends Of Tomorrow Season 6: What Will Happen?

In the fifth season finale, Captain Sara Lance was kidnapped by the aliens. This time the mission is personal. Although Legends fought with such alien force in the 2016 Arrowverse crossover “Invasion”. But, this time, it would need more powers of a dark magician John Constantine and Mick Rory, a semi-reinforced arsonist. In an interview, showrunner Phil Klemmer revealed that they will bring the diversified genre of aliens now. As per Klemmer, the first episode of the sixth season would revolve around Legends searching for Captian, and there they will meet an alien conspiracy theorist. However, how their meeting turns out (as friend or enemy) is still not revealed yet. The second episode will portray a brief look at another historical episode. Like the “50s burger war,” the showrunner is working to bring a mythological creature as an alien in the third episode. Now let’s wait until they reveal who’ll be the monster in the third episode.

Phil said: “We would like there to be a whole mixed variety of them (aliens). We want each alien to maintain a novel genre for each episode. We’ve only broken three of these things. We have one. We meet a new Legend who’s an alien conspiracy theorist. Then we have another episode that’s 50s burger war. A lot like an American Graffiti shape. I want it to have that B-movie creature element, as well.”

Legends Of Tomorrow Season 6: Cast Details!

However, the Legends accidentally changed their past by changing the timeline, in which Behrad was never killed. Instead, he became a member of Legends and helped to recruit his sister Zari. Unfortunately, Behrad again killed by Atropos of the Fates (Joanna Vanderham). But he eventually rescued by his sister in exchange for her life. Now, Shayan is promoted as the series regular. Hopefully, he wouldn’t die again and will help Legends in their mission.

Crossing Swords Season 2 got greenlit soon after the first season concluded on Hulu. However, Hulu doesn’t reveal the reason for its early renewal. They didn’t even make Crossing Swords ratings publicly. But, the show gained average ratings according to other sources. The first season consists of ten episodes. So it could be possible that the second season would consist of ten episodes by following the streaming service criteria.

Renewed For Next Season

Hulu has renewed its stop-motion animated series Crossing Swords for the next season. Crossing Swords Season 2 got renewed soon after its first season wrapped up on Hulu. The first season consists of ten episodes, which premiered on June 12. However, Hulu doesn’t reveal Crossing Swords’ viewership yet. It’s pretty clear that the show hit the streaming platform well, which made them renewed it so early.

As per IMDb, Crossing Swords got 6.6 ratings. Wherein on IGN.com, the series earned 3 out of 10. And on Rotten Tomatoes, the earned 18% ratings from the audience. However, the overall ratings Crossing Swords received is 87%. As of now, the animation series is easy to create than filming live-action. Although, production started from June 12 by following all the health-protocol. But, an animated series can be created remotely. So, it can be one of the reasons that Hulu started streaming more and more animated series to increase its ratings.

The traumatic superheroes are now facing a lot of troubles from trapped in a miniature world to saving a girl from an underground fire. When they said “shits getting weird in the underground,” it happens. Everything in the upcoming series is more dramatic than the first one, and our superheroes will have more trouble dealing with it. They have to fight with new villains- The Candlemaker, Red Jack, and the SeX-Men (another superhero team).

Dorothy’s Psychic World

In the previous season finale, the team discovered that The Chief is responsible for their tragic condition. And now they have to live with Dr. Caulder’s daughter Dorothy Spinner who can bring imaginary people in the real-world with her psychic powers. Now, the team has to struggle to deal with Dorothy’s supernatural power that can open the door for new troubles.

Struggle To Manifest The Powers

At the end of the finale, every member shrunk in their miniature version, though rescued by the Negative Man (Matt Bomer). Now, they have to struggle to turn to their normal size. Their powers also affected by their miniature version. However, in the trailer, they somehow made it and resized again. Rita (April Bowlby) manages to master her abilities to deal with future problems in the trailer.

Doom Patrol Season 2 streams on both DC Universe and HBO Max next week on 25 June. The series will consist of nine episodes, in which three episodes will stream on the premiere day. And the rest six episodes will arrive weekly following the premiere date.
